Our implants and prosthetic abutments carry lifetime
warranty.
This warranty consists of an exchange for a similar or equivalent
implant or prosthetic abutment to the one damaged.
Products returned are under no circumstance repacked or used again.

| We do not either resterilize implantable material
at the request of a professional. |
|
| Repacking or resterilizing medical devices is forbidden
by health authorities which create the national and international
regulatory framework under which such medical devices are manufactured. |

| Our prices are set in order to achieve high competitivity
in markets where they are distributed as well as the preservation
of quality and excellence both in the material and proceses which
distinguish Odontit’s service and quality and our company’s
comprehensive development under each country’s regulatory and
legal framework. |

All our products may be exchanged or
returned.
Only products whose pack, closing, security seal and labels are intact
will be accepted.
Our products are manufactured under strict quality standards following
CE ISO 13485 Standard, US FDA’s G.M.P. (Good Manufacturing Practice)
and Argentina's A.N.M.A.T. B.P.F. (Buenas Prácticas de Fabricación
- Good Manufacturing Practice). We are therefore periodically
audited by expert auditors that check compliance with the
abovementioned standards

| These standards prevent us from accepting the return
of products which have been opened and/or whose package is damaged. |

| These measures are intended to preserve the quality
of the products you receive. |

| We also try to keep prices and promotions uniform
at every point of sale, either at our offices/direct sale or through
our authorized vendors in each area. |
